Camp Lejeune Water Contamination Lawsuit

Many veterans and their families were exposed to an excess of chemicals at Camp Lejeune and the MCAS New River Marine Corps Air Station. After decades of fighting for compensation, the Camp Lejeune Justice Act was recently passed, allowing veterans and their families to receive meaningful compensation for their injuries.

Now, there’s a fund for Camp Lejeune victims and a Camp Lejeune water contamination lawsuit that’s being pushed forward. But why file a lawsuit instead of going through a settlement fund?

The third and newest layer puts real, meaningful compensation into veterans’ pockets that pays reparations for how their lives have been changed.
